How Our Platform Works
Our platform connects kind-hearted donors with verified relief seekers, making it easy, secure, and transparent to give and receive support. Below is a simple breakdown of how each section of the website works.
For Donors
Financial Donation Process
To get started, donors are required to sign up and create a donor profile.
Click on the Donate button to begin your giving journey.
As a first-time donor, complete a short registration form to create your Donor Profile.
Select the location where you would like to make a donation — within a single State/LGA or across multiple regions.
Browse through verified Relief Seeker Profiles from your selected regions. Each profile includes detailed information explaining why relief is needed.
Select the individual or group you wish to support and enter the donation amount.
Complete your donation securely via our protected payment gateway, without exposing the beneficiaries' bank details.
After payment, you will be redirected to the home page.
Payment settlement takes up to 24 hours to reflect in the beneficiary's account.
Once the beneficiary receives the donation, they will be notified and prompted to show appreciation.
The beneficiary will upload an Appreciation Video and/or Text Message.
You will receive this appreciation message directly in your Donor Inbox, serving as feedback and confirmation of your impact.

For Beneficiaries
Relief Seekers Guide
Beneficiaries must sign up before requesting relief assistance.
Click on the Request Relief button to start your application.
Carefully complete the Relief Request Application Form with accurate details.
Upload, record, or write a clear explanation stating why you are requesting relief.
Important Note:
This is the most critical part of your application. Be clear, honest, and specific. Do not repeat reasons. Donors need to understand and trust your request.
Regularly monitor your profile by clicking the Track Application button to see if relief has been granted.
Once relief is received, you must immediately show appreciation to your donor.
Failure to show appreciation will result in a temporary ban, preventing you from receiving further relief until appreciation is completed.
Donation Campaigns
Special Purpose Giving
This feature allows donors to create personal or special-purpose campaigns, such as birthday giveaways, cash gifts, empowerment programs, or awareness initiatives.
The donor creates a Donation Campaign and generates a unique campaign link.
The donor shares the campaign link via social media or any preferred channel to invite participants.
Interested beneficiaries register using the campaign link and submit their bank details.
Each campaign has a defined expiration date.
The donor can distribute funds directly to registered beneficiaries through the secure payment gateway.
Beneficiaries are required to send appreciation messages or videos after receiving funds.
